Access To Care program

MENA Community Center is of the intake sites for Access to Care program has provided primary health care services to residents of suburban Cook County and northwest Chicago with the following zip codes: (60630; 60631; 60634; 60639; 60641; 60646; or 60656) who have lower-incomes, are uninsured, or underinsured.
