WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT

EmpowerHER is a wellness program designed to support immigrant women as they navigate economic, personal, and family challenges. Guided by a wellness counselor, the program provides ongoing support, equipping participants with mindfulness, meditation, and coping strategies that foster emotional resilience and build endurance. EmpowerHER creates a safe, encouraging space where women share experiences, develop connections, and build a network of mutual support.
