YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Our youth program fosters career readiness, volunteer engagement, and personal and creative growth. As a proud ASPIRA worksite with "One Summer Chicago," we provide youth with internship and employment opportunities at MENA, ensuring hands-on skills for personal and professional success.
The Youth Career Development Program provides essential employment services for individuals aged 16-24. We offer workshops that support their career readiness, covering topics such as interview techniques, resume building, and stress reduction strategies. Through expert guidance and practical skills training, participants gain the confidence and tools necessary to navigate the job market successfully. This program aims to help youth build a solid foundation for their future careers, fostering personal growth and professional success.
